Can minors use PowerClaw?

Account features in the China service are for users aged fourteen and above. Minors should read the agreements with a guardian and use suitable training content. Users under fourteen should use offline Basic Training without an account and should not independently submit personal information to account, chat, or other online features.

How do I register and sign in?

The China service supports WeChat sign-in and, on iOS, Sign in with Apple. Follow the prompts to set up your training profile after your first sign-in. Sign in with Apple does not require WeChat to be installed. You do not need a separate PowerClaw password. Signing in gives access to account syncing, AI, and other online features.

Can I use the app without signing in?

Yes. Choose Basic Training on the privacy choice screen to view built-in exercise instructions, use a timer, and count sets on the current page offline. This mode does not upload training data. The timer and set count are cleared when you leave the page. Account syncing and AI features require agreement to the relevant policies, sign-in, and an internet connection.

How do I download PowerClaw?

Use the App Store button on the homepage. If it shows “Not yet available”, the download link has not been enabled. Please check again later.

How do I start training?

Choose a preset plan from Training, or select exercises with Quick Start, then record the weight and repetitions for each set. You can also provide your goals, experience, schedule, and equipment to generate a personalized plan. Train according to your own abilities.

Does it cost anything to use?

Membership payments are not currently enabled in the China service. No membership subscription is required for its currently available features. Any future paid service will separately explain its prices and rules, and you choose whether to use it.

Are workout records and AI conversations saved?

After sign-in, workout records, AI conversations, and other business data are stored on servers in mainland China as needed for the relevant features. Offline Basic Training does not upload its timer or set count and clears them when you leave the page. See the Privacy Policy for iOS crash diagnostics and other third-party processing.

How do I delete my account?

Find Delete Account in the app's Profile screen and follow the confirmation prompts. Account closure currently deactivates your account and clears sign-in sessions; it does not immediately physically delete all historical records. Sign Out only ends the current sign-in and does not close your account.

To access, correct, or delete other personal information, contact support@erlingerling.com and explain your request. We verify necessary identity information and handle requests in accordance with law. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete identity documents.

How do I turn off notifications or withdraw privacy consent?

You can turn iOS notifications off in system settings. You can also choose Withdraw consent and enter Basic Training on the app's Privacy Policy page. Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously uploaded data. See the Privacy Policy for when iOS crash-reporting changes take effect and how local reports are handled.

Can AI coach suggestions replace medical advice?

No. AI content provides general fitness references, may be inaccurate, and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop training if you experience pain, dizziness, or other discomfort. Consult a qualified professional if you have an injury or other health concerns.

Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Use the language selector at the top to switch between Chinese and English. Both languages describe the same China service.
