PowerClaw Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PowerClaw mainland China service provided by 北京贰零贰零科技发展有限公司. Contact: support@erlingerling.com.

1. Services and your choices

PowerClaw offers exercise instructions, workout records, training plans, and an AI coach. You can use offline Basic Training without signing in. Account syncing and AI features require an internet connection and the relevant information. Read the Privacy Policy and decide whether to use these services. Membership payments are not currently enabled in the China service; accepting these terms does not create a subscription or charge.

2. Training safety and AI guidance

Training and AI suggestions are for general fitness reference only. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation prescriptions, or guarantees of results.

Consider your physical condition, experience, and available equipment when deciding whether a suggestion is suitable. Stop training if you experience pain, dizziness, or other discomfort. Consult a qualified professional if you have an injury, a particular health condition, or other concerns. AI may generate incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable content and should not replace professional judgment.

3. Accounts and usage rules

Protect your WeChat account and sign-in session. Do not impersonate others, infringe their rights, submit unlawful content, damage systems, or bypass access restrictions. You must have the appropriate rights to content you submit. We process it only to provide the services you request; these terms do not transfer ownership of your workout records or conversations to us.

4. Personal information and minors

See the Privacy Policy for information processing, third-party services, withdrawal of consent, and contact details. These terms do not replace legally required authorization for processing personal information. Minors should use the service with guidance from a guardian. Users under fourteen should use offline Basic Training without an account.

5. Changes, stopping use, and liability

You can stop using the service, withdraw privacy consent, or request account closure. Maintenance, faults, or necessary changes may temporarily interrupt the service. We will handle these reasonably and provide explanations when needed. New paid services must separately state their prices and rules, and you decide whether to use them. Updates affecting important rights and obligations will be presented again.

We assume liability as required by law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that the law does not permit to be excluded or limited, or reduce statutory consumer rights. You may first contact the email above to discuss a dispute. If it cannot be resolved by discussion, proceedings may be brought before a competent people's court in accordance with law. These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China of the People's Republic of China.
